The 2024 Somerset ISD Education Foundation Top 15% Academic Awards Banquet in memory of Mr. John Hayes, a long standing contributor to the success of the Somerset ISD Education Foundation.
This year’s Somerset ISD Education Foundation Banquet was success with the largest group of students yet.
The guest speaker was Dominque Sandoval, a 2013 Somerset High alumna and a Family and Criminal Defense Attorney. The Bulldog shared her story of perseverance.
In tradition, each student honored their Star Maker, a teacher or staff member who has made a difference in their life.
The 43 students and their selected Star Makers, the Somerset ISD faculty or staff member each student selected to honor as having the most impact on their educational career, are listed below.
